Cherokee is the best team in the SMC from the 20 to the 20!
Cherokee is the worst team in the SMC inside the 20!
Behind 13-7 late in the 4th qtr. with a 1st and goal on the one yard line and fumble the ball. Should have had 4 plays to possibly take the lead!! That wasn't the only drive that stalled out inside the 10 yd. line either.
After giving up a safety in our own end zone, we punt the ball from the 20 and the ball is punted straight up for about 10 yards.... Now giving Robbinsville the ball on your 30 yd. line is a recipe for disaster!
Continue to see flashes of brilliance from this young team! Everybody always has high hopes for next year, but I truly believe this team can make some noise in the SMC next year!!
In the mean time, we need to finish strong. Beat Hayesville and with a lucky draw, might surprise someone in the playoffs !!
