Appalachian should have beaten the Tarheels. Neither defense showed up that game but Appalachian's Defense definitely showed up today giving up less than 200 yards total offense.

I'm 50 now and I get so tired of Notre Dame being lauded as the greatest thing in college football year in and year out. Heck they have they're own network with NBC the Notre Dame Broadcasting Company.

I’m slightly confused, which happens a lot, but UNC defense, which I agree is not the greatest, is bad because they gave up 61 to App. On the flip side, App has a good defense, as you stated because they only gave up 14 in College Station, but allowed UNC to score 63?
Not sure about the logic in that but glad App won today anyway…

App State may be the most consistent team in NC. Great coach leaves, they hire a new one (at least twice recently) and they keep rolling. I always have high hopes for the Tar Heels but no team does less with more than they do.

Wake Forest is going to drop 100 on UNC. Not an App State fan but I believe they wish they could have last week back. App State is by far the best football program in the state. That is for sure.
