a game that intrigues me??

Will be a very high scoring game I think. Outside of Scotland and Cape Fear it seems like defense is an option in the 4A East. First to 45 wins.
Offenses are just that good in the 4A East. Conley has one of the best QB's in the state and he's only a Junior. Lotta talent out here.
Holton Ahlers is being compared to Tim Tebow. 6' 3" 230ish pounds and left handed. Very good baseball player as well. I know Conley has given up 77 and 68 points this year and they set the state scoring record in the game they gave up 68 by scoring 83. Like I said...I think first to 60 wins
That's what was said the last few years but in the title games their PPG average plummeted.
Rose in 2015: 56PPG
Held to 14 offensive points vs Catholic and got 7 on a kick return.
Still stand by my comment. But in regards to the "last few years", New Bern scored in the 20's or less four times before the State Championship game, they didn't have a high powered O, just a great athlete at QB and a nasty defense.
And in the year before that, would've liked to of seen SC on a dry field against Dudley.
Year before that, NB scored where they usually score against PR.

Which is why I like Scotland and Cape Fear to match up in the regional final. Both play some defense.
