If anyone is interested the Holmes @ Northeastern game will be aired on 103.7 WTIB FM. They air all the Aces games and do a good job with the commentary. This is the biggest rivalry game in northeast part of the state and it tends to get heated quite often. No love loss between these two programs.

Along with the weeks rankings...NCHSAA has officially released it's first week of RPI

They look rough...we have 3A and 1A teams mixed in with 2A and have some 2A RPI's missing completely (Reidsville) in which I had to do the calculations myself

...anyway...here is my first "IF THE PLAYOFFS WERE FRIDAY" bracket. First I look at conf records...then I assume MP rankings to dictate who finishes first in their respective conferences. For example in the CVAC; West Lincoln is considered the Conference Champs because they are rated highest in the conference of the four teams that are 1-0 in conference play.

Sorry. I didn't mean it as you not catching the mistakes. I just meant it seems the NCHSAA and Max Preps would of made sure correct before releasing it. I have even seen where High School OT has jumped the gun using the mixed up information to release projections.

Ok. Just making sure I didn't come across wrong. Your work is appreciated and we know you do this as a hobby. The others though like I mentioned. You would think would want to make sure the correct information is released to the public. I get it though nobody is perfect and its early and all this can change so plenty of time for them to fix it.

I think we may have seen this mix up coming from Max Preps early on when we all couldn't figure out why Whiteville wasn't showing up under the 2A Rankings. Yes they were on max preps in NC but didn't show in the 2A like we talked about before.

Don’t pay any attention to the RPI; thre y obviously don’t know what they’re doing. The even have teams in wrong classification. People get paid for this nonsense!

If it’s too early don’t release it!!!!!!Not enough info, heck Clinton hasn’t played but 4 games. RPI shouldn’t exist until about game 7 or 8 if that early
