HS girls solfball State playoffs is coming up. I will primarily keep up with Mooresville, South Caldwell and West Wilkes. I don’t know what the playoff brackets are. But if anyone wants to add their team or list the playoff brackets. Go ahead and list them. I will try and keep up as the teams are playing

I see some great opening round games for the CVAC conference.

Maiden hosts Wheatmore
Maiden takes the champion seed by advancing further in the conference tournament over Bunker Hill. PAC 7 (Wheatmore) coming to Maiden…that’s gonna be a treat…because it seems never to happen. Good stuff Kidd.

Bunker Hill hosts Morehead
This is a humdinger of a game. Bunker Hill has a freshman pitcher with over 200 K’s. She also is their lead off batter. Morehead is REAL good. It can’t get much better for an opener…. Wishing I could see this one…but I’ll be at Maiden instead.

Bandys hosts Forbush
Great game right here. My gosh…I wish I could see this one too!😂

West Lincoln hosts East Rutherford
They just keep coming….another fantastic opener. I’m blown away.

West Caldwell travels to Lincoln Charter
Do what?….another great game…I’ll be glued to this one as well.

East Burke travels to North Stanly
Let’s go! Cavaliers.

Good luck to all the teams mentioned above…should be a great night for some tough games to see who advances.

I do like some fan bases in conference even though it doesn’t seem so.

Had a ball at Bandys tonight.

1st thing….they had fried baloney sandwiches…money!!…. Yep….et one of them and a bag of peanuts!

Bandys…both teams…advance.

East Gaston had the bases full late and scored a few….but the Trojans held on. Great game.

Bandys girls played smart as usual and secured the win.

Go CVAC! Keep it going!… y’all!

Does anyone know anything about the players and the pitcher that West Wilkes have. I’m impressed that they have a total of 15 shutouts and only gave up 9 runs so far this season. Very impressive.

I seen update changes for next week due to rain on Tuesday. South Caldwell has moved their game up on Monday 5/13. They will play McDowell at 6:30pm. Anyone have any update changes for your team.
