Any specific rationale behind the choice of a new principle. I have not seen evidence of a thorough investigation.

Believe they hired ottis as their principal and AD. He's a once great stand out waterboy...
The previous principle has his 30 years in the educational system and announced he was going to retire several months ago while the new principle was approved by the board back in April. DPI came by the school and kids were notified that they would have to complete the 72-hour summer course and graduate in August. Doubt anything else will be made public due to privacy laws.
