Heck of a win for East Surry to snap a 4 YEAR conference winning streak for Prep.

Also lends more credence to the idea that this Prep team is nowhere near what they've been. They'll be a tough out come playoff time but they are going to be really vulnerable after the second round.

East is an interesting case too. Not as good individually as they were last year but they've been able to shuffle the deck and find something that works for them. Carson Long is also REALLY good. Seeing him a few years ago, you would never have convinced me he'd be as good as he is now.

must have been full moon in NW 1A boys last night...ES is the first 1A team to knock off Prep since 2011 Western finals (they lost to North Rowan) and Atkins getting the best of Bishop boys...does BM have injuries or Atkins just play well??

Bishop is really banged up bareman.

#2 has only played in one game the last two weeks but that was still a REALLY bad loss for them.
