Wilkes County/ Elkin and Forbush 2024

Any thoughts or prediction 2024

1. Forbush could they be favored to win the Conference?

2. Wilkes Central have plenty of starters returning. Will do good in the Conference if they can stay healthy

3. West Wilkes don't know

4.East Wilkes hear they will be loaded for 2024.

5. North Wilkes will they improve? Only direction is up.

6. Elkin how are things going with the new Coach? Will the Elks improve 2024?

I had heard that forbushes only real athlete transferred to the Rams I don't know much else.

Forbush should be much better but not sure they'll win the conference.

I would say Wilkes Central will be in the thick of things for a conference championship.

West Wilkes will be in the middle of the pack.

North Wilkes will be at the bottom again. I'm not sure things get better there anytime soon.

East Wilkes can elevate and will battle for 2nd place in the conference.

Elkin should see an improvement but it's going to take times to straighten things up.

New rule in place in Yadkin regarding transfers. Cannot transfer after sophomore year.

FH 2A will come down to North Surry and East Surry. Everybody is else is playing for 3rd.

I like that hire especially if he can get the youth league back. I think they will be always dangerous in the 2a division as far as the smallest schools that play football. Or however the state sets it up
