Recently i saw on twitter and the 3A board long time S&C Coach Hag is leaving for South Carolina. Hag is regarded in NC as one of the best at what he does and certainly not get any argument from me.

My question is: Which do you guys thinks hurts a program more the loss of the Head Coach or the loss of a really good S&C coach? I pose the question in regards to a normal season where there is no pandemic to worry about.

I think in this case it is easier to deal with losing a S&C coach because a Head Coach during the current climate would have no opportunity to build relationships with his players because of the restrictions. Either way those 2 positions probably impact the direction of a program more so than any other.
