One of the best games I've seen in a while hats off to west as they pulled off some last minute heroics, I will say on big passing Play on that last drive # 7 had quarterback dead to rights when he was horse collared by lineman with head referee only feet away and he held onto him pulling him to his knees and allowing 30 yard reception to be thrown, North did give up a few more plays to allow score but without that play there wouldn't have been enough time to get on down and score that game winning TD!!!! Both teams looked good it's nice to have games that are exciting and fun to watch. Just call it fair and let players make plays!!!!!!

If he got the pass off, it was not a horse collar tackle. It's only a penalty for a horse collar if you actually down the runner by the shirt collar or shoulder pad collar from the back or side. At least that's the way one official explained it to me when I saw a similar play last year.

West Stanly had the ball and North Stanly defensive end was about to sac quarterback and West Stanly lineman grabbed north player by collar of shirt taking him to his knees and preventing him from Sac and allow quarter back to get off what turned into a 30 yard or so gain

Yep buddy they did its good to have games that are close and exciting, as I went to alot of games seen north win by fifty seen them lose by more than that, and walk away Friday happier with their performance than when they beat others by 40

At Albemarle I guess We don't like close. It's big losses now compared to big wins a few years back
