Yes. Spoke to the WRH radio guys last night. The game has already been moved to Thursday.
Hertford County at West Craven 2nd round playoff football game also moving to Thursday night 7 PM
Yea I was hoping to be able to go to Elizabeth City Thursday night. This knocks that out. 1 less day of prep for the teams too.
Bunker Hill at Community School of Davidson moved to Thursday at 7 pm
It’s all about the gate $$$. Less people will attend a game in the rain than in perfect weather.
Looking at most recent forecast, Saturday night might be the best conditions. Rain 90%-100% Thursday and Friday.
Of course, schools out for the holiday on Friday. Not sure if having two consecutive days out of class and then playing on a Saturday is ideal. Im sure there will be additional schedule changes but it will be interesting to see if anyone chooses the Saturday option.

A little rain and playing on Thursday wont cause as many problems as playing on Friday after rain all day
Depends on your game plan. If I'm a running team playing a passing team I'm playing in the rain 'n mud and bringing the hail with me
Maiden to keep the game for Friday. If it goes on to rain real bad on Friday the game will be pushed to Saturday at 7pm
Am I the only one who sees the weather on Thursday? It’s going to rain all night Thursday, starting in the late afternoon. I don’t get moving games to Thursday.
I guess….most would rather play on a field with a couple hours of rain on it versus playing on a field with 24 hours of rain on it.
I get that but I see teams with turf fields changing and that doesn’t make sense to me. Doesn’t matter how much rain hits the turf the drainage underneath it makes it playable.
Reidsville-Providence Grove Thursday at 6:30 instead of 7:30 - hoping to beat the rain
It originally was more about the gate. But as the rain chances increase for Thursday, that becomes less of a factor. In the Thomasville area, fans are going to get wet either night.
