No kidding... Yikes. Fans suck, coaches are mean, no discipline, stupid coaches, there mean to us on social media, no class, refs suck, they get transfers, their RB moved from Georgia. My GOD.
Hey Nepsy... when we lost at Byrnes did any of their fans or players behave poorly?? DId we take any shots on social media? How about when Hough won?? What did the twitter accounts look like the next day?
Hey Richmond guys?? Anyone ever mean to you guys after you lose to Scotland?
Crest guys? Any Shelby fans ever cross the line a little

I do not think that East has anything to be upset about. People are going to act however they are going to act, and if you have an idiot fan which all of us do it is not a fair representation of the rest of the fan base. Some people are idiots that is not going to change. East played well enough to win but so did Mallard Creek, the game went into overtime, which shows how close the game was. Great year East Forsyth you played a great game and had a great year. Good job Mallard Creek good luck next week. Both teams will be in the playoffs again next year I am sure and will probably meet again so this might just be chapter one in what could be an on going saga. Mallard Creek is the best team in Charlotte and NC, East is one of the best if not the best team in the triad so these teams will meet again.

Oh I'm not embarrassed at all. Not running from my comments, I saw and heard what happened and stand by my opinions. But I also acknowledge that I've only seen one mc game and what happened Friday night may not be representative of the entire fan base as some have stated. So I gave you the benefit of the doubt and dropped it. But now you guys are just trying to keep this going to try and make yourselves look better. Welcome back to the 3rd grade with honda!
It was a heck of a game, hopefully there will be a rematch next year and we'll cross paths with Charlotte teams more often. And I'll be glad to talk football or good places to eat a pregame meal or horrible parking at east forsyth or anything else football related all day long. But this thread is stupid and only further shows the Charlotte arrogance that people around here despise so I'll leave it for you guys to have fun with.
The game might of been the best Western Regional Semi-Final game I've ever seen! Why is there so much Shi* Taking going on between the fan bases? If anything both teams earned a lot of respect in my eyes. East battled and showed they could play with the best in the state and even beat them if they had made one or two more plays. Mallard Creek showed me they have the heart of a Champion and they're never out of a game no matter how bad it looks. Both fans bases should be proud of your teams. As for all the other BS just let it go the players and coaches for both teams should be damn proud of the show they put on Friday Night. It was everything HS Football in December should be. Great crowds, Great players, College scouts and media everywhere! Maybe the NCHSAA will see that North Carolina is a Football State and put a much larger emphasis on Football.

No, East has nothing to be upset about. They blew another lead, AT HOME, against a Charlotte team. It's becoming a habit now. They're getting used to it.
Really? They lost by 3 to the best team in the State. It was a great game and the coaches, players and fans should be proud on both sides of the field. As long as Coach Willert stays at East Forsyth and keeps building they'll get there one day. Great year by East Forsyth if my memory serves me correctly they were ranked on the backside of a lot of peoples Top 25 to start the season because they lost so much talent last year. To go 14-1 and push the champs all the way to the very end was great to see. Would I have liked to see East win? Sure....but it just wasn't meant to be this year. Mr.Honda I thought you were more of a neutral guy on these boards...why are you talking about East blowing another lead at home like they choked and lost to Providence in the 2nd rd again. East deserves some respect and MC deserves a lot of respect for how they came back to finish.
I personally apologize for anything I said about MC last Friday or Saturday.
At the end of the day both teams are some of the best in the state. Great players, great coaches, yeah some EF seniors are taking it hard and still upset and said some stuff on Twitter they probably regret, but the games over proud of EF for playing with the big boys and MC for winning. Everyone just let it go... Not everyone from East is bad just like the one coat dude doesn't represent all of MC. Great season loved talking to you all, all season.

I try to be and am neutral actually. So neutral, I think Mallard Creek is going to struggle with Page's passing game. I'm going with Page by 3 in an upset. But some of the remarks by some of these East fans are just ridiculous.
