We were successful up against South Columbus which has a history of nothing but a great program. I pray that South Columbus comes back next year with a signature of that history. Fairmont(11-2) will now face SouthWest Edgecombe(12-1) who in my opinion is nothing but pure test to Fairmont. Though they are physically smaller than most teams they have played this year, they bring the heat, the speed and every ounce of them $7 we all pay.

SouthWest Edgecome High School is no stranger to the 3rd round. This year they are playing bigger and with a stronger heart than what the team size signifies. They are fast, aggressive and they will hit you in the mouth. This is what has carried them to what it is now, the 3rd round. The question is, can they equally stop the passing game just as they have successfully stopped their opponents running game. if the answer is yes, Fairmont may have their hands filled. let's not forget the Williams kid, a bullet, sharp cuts, many yards and a pure touchdown contender. Finally, there's the quarterback- Skills at it's best. In the East Bladen game, they put the big boys in the dirt. With what aggressive heart they are playing with, I believe they will do the same with Fairmont.

Fairmont High School made history last night by advancing to the 3rd Round which has not been done since 1949. Fairmont must uphold the strength of what SouthWest Edgewood is bringing. This will not be an easy task, this will not be a walk in the park. Nothing but pure physical game on the line. Do not allow the team size to fake your imagination because SouthWest Edgecome has the edge with speed, heart, aggressiveness and field advantage.

The ones that attend will experience what the outcome will be at Pinetops. Best wishes to both teams.

Good post. Proud of Fairmont. Heil"s earned my respect. Player's have too.
Mr. Upsideurhead,
THE UNACCEPTABLE STORY
Thank you so much for your generous words and expression of support and respect. I have been praying for this moment, I have been wanting to dream this, I have been waiting for this much excitement. The tears of joy are showing within the program and the agony of winning seems to be striking, growing and historically documenting. In the birth of this season there was many and I mean many concerns, but 13 games later the surface is smooth, the minds are clear, the thought process is united. Fairmont has turned into one team, one fight, one supreme paramount.

These selection of kids have matured under the new clock, a new mentor, a new father figure, the new voice and within the intent of the mission. I have never been so proud of such kids that have been through so much in so little time. Hard work, new pride, discipline and the understanding of the new leader has made them what they are today; A true story, inspiring,11-2, 3rd round, since 1949.

There is an awakening happening in Fairmont and the doubtfuls are wishing for the worst. Fairmont is capturing the eyes, the ears, and the new within a measure of distance. The unity has been sown and the seal in history has been broken. Fairmont is facing an even more tough opponent. They must overcome Friday nights obstacle, adapt to the circumstance on foreign soil, lead this fiction real-life story into a continuous reality and capture the hearts of those who otherwise have doubt it them. That will be the inspiration that Fairmont will need.

Matthew 5:11-13 states as follows:
Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Believe beyond the question!

I see Marcus Williams as the beginning, the big show, the contender, the finisher. The kid is just that good and so is SWE. He will confuse the defense, destruct your mentality and pave they way to choke the offense. Fairmont must stop the elite RB and force SWE to pass. if this happens, I hope Fairmont can take control of the small lobs in the middle. SWE is coming straight at Fairmont plain and simple.

I would assume SWE's game plan will be to grind it out, keep Fairmont's potent offense off the field. That will be the best defense in my opinion. From what I've seen on Hudl, SWE's secondary better be on point, or the Golden Tornadoes will eat them alive, EF-3 style!

The way SWE has been playing, they have that very potential to do just that. I have watched some HUDL films and I truly believe that both teams will be clashing, smashing and knocking the score board. Like I said, they are coming straight at Fairmont and forcing the 3up-3down prescription. Fairmont must cover the outside and close the gap in the center from Williams. Other than that, it will turn into a short game passing addiction with a dull, tedious and laborious game production.

Fairmont must set the example from the get-go and turn up the momentum in the first quarter. God has been in power and there are many that will not believe that but I am saying it because I know. I have been watching, observing and accounting for the faces that have come to support, watch the game and curious as of what is different with this team, what is causing them to play the way they have played and how is it that history is being manifested. The simple answer is that Faith, Belief and God is on the schedule. His hands is in every action, reaction and distraction. God will pave the road

There is a price we must not pay and there is a point they must not advance. To let you understand the situation, we are going into battle up against a confident and determined team. Fairmont must be the first to set the tone and the last to blow the lights. The loyalty of this team must endure the freedom of the game and run with the grace of God. To the abnormal people, something is different, something is weird and the doubtful is hoping the devil will dance. I have one solution for them....

Philippians 4:13 states as follows:
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

FOOTBALLFANTIC
So yes, to grind it out is what I am seeing myself. And Im sitting here thinking during playoffs we should be playing at approximately EF-5 mangled style.

So is God gonna be in only one team's corner? That seems a bit unfair.

I cant speak for what SWE believes in SWE'98. No that is not fair, but have you got in line and apply?

I can only display what is in my presence. I will say that trust and confidence has been with SWE from what I have seen. Pure awesome team and I am looking forward to an evening of an extraordinary game.

Dont know if any SC fans could confirm since we last played them, but I will say that the defense is one of the better I have seen through my time of watching High School Football.

I am curious what East Bladen has to say about SWEs defense/line.

Fairmont's defense could mean nothing going up against SWE, due to their 2015 statistics. SWE is playing great ball and the answer to the better defense will be answered on Friday. Both teams have athletes, both teams have accomplished something big by being 3rd round contender, but only one team can advance. Hope Robeson County will support the last team left in the surrounding area. Minor mistakes will cost someone this game.

Tigertown21 will you be making this one?

Swe 98, I think this is the year you guys make it out of the 3rd. Don't do me like last year and have me look silly after I said the swe vs ne game would not be close.

Mr. Inyourdome24-7,
Sir thanks for your honesty, concern and creativity. I do not know what was on their side as I was not in the audience during said game. Please dont be so quick about the religious beliefs. Spirituality for some time has shined under the Friday bright lights. If there are two things people don’t want to be lectured on, it’s politics and religion. It's a sour subject.

Religion has a place in sports, although you can’t miss the raised eyebrows from others when a fan praises God. It’s true that individuals become numb and many altogether malfunction when someone places God in place. Faith is not a bad thing, as long as it includes tolerance for all beliefs, and it sure beats how people mash mouth to one another.

Now can we get back to our regular scheduled program which will air on 11.27.15

Don't know it it's one of the best defenses I have ever seen, but I will say it is clearly one of the best defenses I have seen this year. SWE will have a hard time scoring IF: 1) Fairmont plays with the same intensity they played with last Friday against South Columbus and 2) SWE just tries to run the ball without mixing in a few passes. IMHO. They may just have a better running attack than the Stallions did but Fairmont has lots of athletes than can move. Haven't seen SWE play so all I have said is simply based on Fairmonts games against South. Would love to see this game, should be a barnburner!!

Dirty,
Thank you very much for your input. Yes that is what I meant...one of the "better" defense this year. I guess it did sound like a lifetime. The intensity has been there and nothing is broke on that part so I do not see anything changing. I see a lot of running from SWE but yet again a surprise pass(es) may be in place. If I remember correctly there was 2 or 3 interceptions against SC.....do you remember DIRTY...is that correct? SWEs coordinators upstairs will be looking for that Open-Passing-Green-Grass in the middle....I can see it right now.

With my honest visibility looking at videos, I have a one question:
1. Is SWE use to playing a spread team?(something is fishy)

But....it WASN'T close! Lol.
I will have my two cents about the game and why I feared East Bladen more than I fear Fairmont. And it won't have anything to do with God, who I don't think is for one team more than the other. I've heard of people saying that they had to play against the players and the refs, but if they have to play against the players and God, then I think they are gonna need more than helmets...

You're telling me nothing about SWE.
Outside of Williams and short lobs in the middle, what else is coming at Fairmont?

As suspected, indirect approach.
Such an impractical objective.
Is this your final answer sir?

To this, yes.
You're telling me nothing about SWE. NOT - THZING
Outside of Williams and short lobs in the middle, what else is coming at Fairmont?

I already know it tis 96% running, 3% air raid, and 1% a surprise sneaky overheader. I just want you to give the painting a little bit of life.

once again as suspected, another indirect approach.
Such an impractical objective.
Is this your final answer sir?

I'll be pulling for SWE only because of how annoying this guy from Fairmont is. That's all.
Say what you want. you dont skim my skin.
Explain the annoyancing anointment that I placed on you and on this thread. In fact there is nothing annoying. You just have a problem with your mash mouth and your choice of words define who and what you represent.

------ BREAK ------

Why is it that you nor SWE98 cant explain nothing about SWE....nothing?

Both of you are indirectly approaching this thread. Perfectly and purposely avoiding the the formula

At the 45sec and
the 1:22 mark time if you dont have the long bomb, you always have the short shot. SWE is gona try to be slow, short, sweet and dull with Fairmont

I don't know about Inyourdome, but as for me, it's simply because I don't want to. Is that direct enough for you? I sure hope so, so that this conversation can end. Sure does seem like SWE is in your head if you took the time to not only look up, but post a compilation video of ONE player's videos from the 2013 and 2014 seasons. And on top of that, you point out a play that went for a touchdown! Touchdowns are good, are they not? If u look at film from this season and you see that play, it went for a touchdown every time the pass connected. So again, what's your problem with that play? If we beat teams running nothing but that play, then what would be the problem? Just like what's the problem with a steady dose of Marcus Williams? If that's what's got us here, then why in the blue hell would we be apologetic for that? That play you point out and Marcus Williams has gotten us 12 wins. Maybe Fairmont should try it out seeing as how that team has lost 3 times. I know the record says 11-2, but the field says 10-3. 10 wins are nice, but they came against sooo many 1-10, 2-9, and 3-8 teams, and half of them were 1A. Fairmont beat Red Springs at 8-4, but they themselves ate up on little sisters of the poor to start the season, starting at 7-1 with wins against 3-9 West Columbus, 1-10 East Columbus, 3-8 St. Paul's, a forfeit win vs Harrell's Christian Academy, and a win vs The Sandhills Titans, who aren't even a nchsaa school. So beating Red Springs, even at 8-4, was not a good win. So worry about your teams preparation, not what SWE brings to the table. You can go in on our passing, but I could do the same on Fairmont's rushing, because we have had more total rushing yards in a single game than your leading rusher has for the season. That's what we do well. Run the freaking ball. Passing the ball is what Fairmont does well. Can we stop your strength? Can you stop ours?? We will just have to see.

Few Questions:
Are you a Fairmont fan?
Have you sat in our games all season?

I would like to thank you for backtracking the season of Fairmont High School. I know what year that Youtube video was made in and/or played in. I dont have to be told how to cook a turkey in my bedroom or how to ride a horse in a pool or how to drive a car up a waterfall, but thanks.

Can we stop your strength? Can you stop ours??: I dont know you tell me. you seem to be blowing up everything and smash mouthing Fairmont in other threads so it seems as the answers are at the palm of your hands.

All I know is what I have seen and mentioned. I know there's more weapons out there. So I was simply asking you for a generous answer back about SWE, but you took it upon yourself to shine with the stars and dance with the wind before crossing the start line. I was doing fine, respectful, generous and handling this thread with class. Then you came on here, lid the candle and said something about GOD. I am like TRUMP, I dont mess with anyone, until you cut my trip wire. Now my trigger went off.

Thanks for telling me about the history of the 2015 Fairmont team.

All you said about SWE is this is how we do, this is what we do and Hol' up, we dem boyz
Hol' up, hol' up, hol' up, we makin' noise type attitude. I dont entertain such matters so you can cut that personality out.

So now you have created an atmosphere of a mash mouthing contest thread instead of talking football.

Last question:
Could you provide me with a read-ahead on SWE?

This is the way I see it
1. The mastermind of your team is Williams(great athlete) Priority
2. Video 1:22 time mark. SWE's favorite attack(Tight End 10 yards out)[the ultimate yard killer]
On target every time.
3. One wide receiver lines up next to the tight end runs straight out(if he is covered, secondary is the tight end for a pass) another yard killer
4. many, many short passes 10 yard slant
5. Doesnt look like you have the same QB

Fairmont 42 SW Edgecombe 32. Marcus Williams is a great running back from what I have heard, but Fairmont is just too good on offense to be held under 30. I watched them Friday Night against South Columbus and they can score in a hurry. Never know what's coming next. They'll line up in different formations and use motions all night to keep you off balance, not to mention that they have just SO many darn good athletes. This game could be a barnburning shootout. Good luck to both teams.

And South Columbus is no joke, no walk in the park. They have a backed up history file of a talented program.

Thanks for a kind response Mr. wchsvikingpride

I just hope our guys can make it to the 3rd round one day. West Columbus is a tough place to win. Not sure we will have another Fred Evans for years to come, and we were not even good with him. Sigh.

I am glad to hear good news with the SWE kid's incident. Glad it turned out to be the way it did. I guess it could have been worse. That sure is a blessing.

Hope it does not happen anymore to anyone. You dont ever need anything like that to happen to a team or just to happen period.

Does anyone know what is his recovery %?

Thank you for your emotional state of concern, but a continuous effort by you to try and label an individual like myself is signs of a spiteful person filled with Passive Aggressive Anger and insecurity or maybe just Major Depressive Disorder.

No.......it's a sign that you irritate the piss out of me.....just the same as you do 75% of the posters on here...... and why don't you change your name on here??? Maybe tornado2victory or bandwagonfan........

Sooo you asked me if I have sat in on any Fairmont game as if you have been to any SWE games...ok. You post the record of years past like that has ANYTHING to do with this year...ok. You said I've bashed Fairmont on other threads when this if the ONLY thread I have ever mentioned Fairmont in...ok. You act like God is only in Fairmont's side, and take offense when someone says otherwise...ok. And you say u have shown class, yet half of your posts are judgmental and insulting to a poster....well ok. You sir, are a a terrible representative of him and need to stop fronting online, because your true colors are showing.

I just really took notice of his name....doesn't it imply that he represents Purnell Swett, or am I off base? And Florida? Really? Either way, I'm about to ignore this troll. Have fun replying dude....I'll never see it.

and who told you to come on here, follow me, read my messages or even say/type one word. Nobody but yourself. blame yourself and pat yourself on the back.

Buddy I am going no where so keep your bad habits coming ...I actually love it, enjoy it, because at the end of the day I am smiling and you're irritated. Then you have even more Major Depressive Disorder individuals lining up behind you.

Standing by for your next message.
I would ask if you could be a bit more explicit next message. You're only bringing irritation to yourself because not one person said anything about you or to you to begin anything with me. As I always suggest press the IGNORE BUTTON.

I have not disrespected anyone on here in any way or form but you sure try very very very hard to make me look like the bad guy. Like I said...I LOVE IT because at the end of the day you are your own enemy.

Additionally:
Go log on to the 4A portion of the house and entertain the others on the Robeson County or the Purnell Swett thread......"did I say other". I meant to say yourself because all 4 of those screen names is one person. Do not try to go all over NCPREPS and answer other threads to decoy yourself as if you are from Venus, or Neptune, or from Pembroke, or from Maxton or from Richmond or supporting Northeastern High school. It is ineffective!

You do know that every mystery has a DNA, a fingerprint, or in better terms a signature, so be sure that you do not overuse neither of those 4 screen names too much or someone just as smart as myself will capture your delinquency that you are continuously committing against me. This is why you do not answer my phone calls or my texts anymore but then some mysterious screen name(s) keep chasing me for no given reason.....strange! Just know that I have your puzzle all put together.

so five things stand in your way...not mine:

1. Attention
2. Instigator
3. Jealousy
4. Anger
5. Major Depressive Disorder

Please give your mental health, a chance, a life and a destiny. Go visit your local Behavioral Health office.

Let's take this a little further. lets rescue and save this thread the legal way.....

MS. DEANA KING,
AS YOU MENTIONED ON THE OTHER THREAD, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A REQUEST PLEASE. JUST A SIDE NOTE THAT I WILL BE EMAILING YOU.

What ??? Half of what you post needs to be deciphered by someone else that tries to sound intelligent but fails.
Somewhere among all of that jibberish I think you accused me of having more than one account.....wrong......that would be you (LonnieFarm).......

I'll bet you have been ignored by more accounts than anyone else on NCPreps.....does that not speak volumes??? Probably goes right over your head though.......
