Is Weddington suspect this year or is Monroe that good?

No surprise. Weddington was ranked too high and Monroe will be the biggest challenger to East Lincoln. Not sure if East Lincoln has a defense to stop Monroe. East Lincoln plays a number of kids both ways due to defensive depth issues especially at the secondary positions.
Shelby, Monroe, HP Andrews, and East Lincoln would spank 90 percent of the 3A schools or more. I think Monroe beats both Culbertson and Mt. Pleasant this year.

I don't think Weddington was necessarily ranked too high, I just think there is a lot of parity this year in 3a after crest and havelock. If crest goes small again, 3aa will be wide open. The top 15-20 teams in 3a are probably deeper than 2a, but like you said the top teams in 2a may be better than the top 5-6 in 3a this year.
I actually think Shelby and Monroe could take Havelock to the wire or into overtime.
Crest is more physical than all 3, so they would be a huge challenge for anyone in 2A or 3A to matchup with.
Id say shelby yes cause they have a passing attack which is havelock weakness anyone else no and u haven't seen havelock this year if u think their not one the most physical teams this year
Crest will be 3A like last season and will probably meet Rams for the trophy. If that happens the outcome will be identical...Havelock is thrown under the bus unmercifully then choke slammed back to Ramland with both horns snapped in half dangling. You'll be lucky to score three points at all this time. You clowns were huge favorites over Rose and they almost drove back to Greenville hanging out the activity bus windows laughing. Not good enough for Crest Chargers. That's a wrecking machine and Havelock will be razed.
While I can't believe I'm saying this, I agree with Itsjustwords. I have never seen Weddington play, but I do know they are known for their defense, which must not be as good as last year. If it is? Then Monroe should win the state title no problem and they must be better than Shelby, and even as I type that, it sounds stupid. I'm sure Monroe is good, I also assume Weddington isn't Weddington from last year. As far as Crest is concerned, I hope we go 3AA this year because that has been our obstacle we can't get over. We've beaten the best in 3A. Now we need to beat the best in 3AA, that's also where I believe the best western teams (outside of SP) are with Asheville, ACR, & Weddington even. We still owe NG another A$$ Whoopin.
You jap slapped Eastern Randolph in the championship ten years ago right? That was 3AA yes. I would like to see Crest bunker bomb Havelock this year as well because that will happen if they meet and their boasting fan base, praying to Pharoah Cooper in Columbia, will be silenced. I don't think Weddington has lost much from last years team. They are one of the most well coached and highly disciplined teams I've seen in many years. They are also extremely lucky when it comes to getting crucial calls in games. Don't count them out of the mix.

Monroe may be the only 2a team that could challenge Shelby. They have athletes and alot of size. Weddington is a very good team. More than likely Crest is 3a. I wished Havelock was 3aa. Not sure if they would beat Southern Durham, or NG. Looking at the number of 3a west teams. Cuthbertson and Weddington could end up east
If they aren't 4.4, they are 4.4 1/2. Although I don't support Rose, I do live within 10 minutes of the school, and those receivers are legit with their speed. Ok, maybe all four average around 4.6, but they have, for the most part been unguardable all year because of their sheer quickness, and their top receiver is a 4 star Clemson commit. So maybe his times are slightly skewed, but his argument that they have four burners is valid. They are averaging over 62 ppg because of them. Granted, they are giving up about 61 ppg, but that's another story.
Isn't Weddington a baseball school??? In case you haven't noticed, this a Crest vs. South Point board. And we know how that turned out again.... oh well. Maybe we'll have something to talk about once the Crest - Shelby game comes around. Since Crest is the best in 3A. For all I know, Shelby is, in reality, #2 in 3A.
The best potential game on the playoff schedule is Shelby vs. E. Lincoln. But we have to wait for the ADM numbers. And that will be a semi final to determine the state champion in 2A. If that game happens, I will be there.

He doesn't have to believe me he think I just get on here posting bs when I know what I see did I get on here saying they all have Devin Hester speed if u want to be real I know went to school with a guy who ran a 4.4 Danny Webster and I raced him. I ran a 4.5 flat an I had on sweat pants and beat him in a 60 yard dash so just because u don't run a 4.4 doesn't mean u don't have 4.4 speed that dude just stupid always talking crap cause ima havelock fan
Rose has 4 legit dudes who run between a 4.4-4.6 maybe 2 more they rotated in but y'all will see if they make states which I doubt that anyone will stop them unless they can cause them to turn the ball over and control the clock
