Forest Hills is scheduled to scrimmage Weddington and Charlotte Catholic on Aug 9th and Mount Pleasant on August 11th.
I know tonight was a scrimmage but a great start nonetheless. Reid going to be just fine and looked as strong on offense as we should. Dogs gonna score a lot. Team was definitely focused. JV’s looked great! Dominant!
Havelock will be better than what we seen this evening. Offense look pretty good but the competition was horrible. Offense can be great if everyone gets on the same page far as blocking. Defensively they have a few wrinkles to iron out.

Was gonna ask how Corbin looked tonight? Still can't believe he's playing at WRH lol he will have a breakout year. Hopefully WRH can get back to the title game, an let Corbin show his self on the big stage. Rooting for the kid

He and 7 are bad ass. You could see how hard they been working. Could be best backfield since Javonte/Newkirk
I understand it was a scrimmage really don’t matter just an opportunity for both teams to get some looks at some athletes. Not too impress with the effort blocking for each other.
No doubt about it, he's a workhorse and 7 is great as well. SWO miss Corbin so much they still have him on the roster on MaxPreps lol

Jk looked ok against Knightdale, scored twice to the knights once. Their td came off of a broken tackle that placed the ball at the 1. Clayton was the deepest team there, and they kinda moved the the goalpost on us. They didn't want their qb to get hit, so they said that he wasn't going to run lol. Threw us off a little it seemed! We moved the ball on them, well at times, but didn't score. They scored 3 times, I think. We have a lot of work to do, but that's what scrimmages are for. Our jv was very impressive, especially on defense.

Jevonte/NewKirk block for each other. For the life of me I don’t why they have Corbin still at Fullback. But it’s starting to become clear he gets out there blocking. I don’t know why Echelon not at fullback? 235 pounds ran a 4.6 (40) To beat the good teams it’s going to take everyone. Way too early to be comparing Kerr/Brown to Williams &Newkirk just my opinion

It’s not going to be a cakewalk but they have the team to win it all. It’s still early hopefully they gel.

As far as comparing, you’ll see if they stay healthy and block for each other. I don’t know if you remember JJ but he wasn’t a Javonte or Kanye but he was maybe my favorite to watch. No doubt got to keep improving but 0 and 7 going to have big year
I remember JJ he was a complete player in my opinion. I don’t know if you know it or not but Corbin is the fastest back in the backfield according to the track time. & His the strongest running back in the backfield. He can do more than dive plays and block. It will be nice to see him run off tackle sometimes.
