Rville vs cherokee

You guys get fired up when you play Rville - way more than any other SMC school. I think it is because we have so many Native American kids on our team ... you know the whole friend playin' friend, and cousin playin' cousin thing - it just pumps the kids up more. You also have some very impressive athletes on your team. Home field advantage factors in as well. As you said your Braves have been their own worst enemy at times, so if they control that during this game, and my Knights don't go shooting themselves in the foot either, then it should be good game. Looking forward to it BravesGWY.
Well obviously Robbinsville is the heavy favorite. That being said, I've seen both teams play this year and it all comes down to the Braves being able to stop the Black Knights' juggernaut rushing attack. Man, Cherokee is that team that you get the sense they are on the verge of a breakthrough performance almost any week now. They have talent at the skill positions and have great coaching, but their youth and inexperience rears it's ugly head almost every week. Not to mention a few rogue penalties. Cherokee must also improve their goaline offense and convert inside the 5 yard line, that has killed them in a couple of games. However, if and when the Braves put it all together and have a complete game I will say that they are capable of beating anyone in the SMC. Only time will tell GWY... homefield advantage should help!
Yeah I felt like all year they are very close ... The gl offense has not scored on like 6 drives in the last 4 games after getting inside the 5... The rouge penalties just kill drives when the Braves have marched it down the field. Hopefully rville struggles against the pass and our defense tightens up. If either don't happen it will be long night
Final score no where near how close the game was. Cherokee inside the 10 twice with no points ... It was 13-7 with 6 min to go in game and cherokee gets stopped on the 1... Great stand by robbinsville. Cherokee put a nice scare into them though once again killing ourselves around the goal line ..
Both very physical. Rville is just big they had a hard time stopping the pass so I'm not sure how it relates to swain since they run it every play lol
