With Montgomery Central being a newcomer next year, who’s the favorite in this conference? Thoughts

The obvious very early pick is Mt. Pleasant. They have a pretty decent system in place and seem to reload and be consistent. With that said there has been some chirping that coach John's is looking to hang up the whistle at least being a HC.
West Stanly graduated a lot of their skill and talent. They will return a very good RB, but wouldn't surprise to see them take a step back.
Forest Hills always seems to have skill guys, but lately they just don't have the line to get it done.
Anson has talent and size all over the place, they just never seem to reach their potential or be consistent.
Not sure of the status of CATA.
So I think Montgomery can make some noise, just because of the whole new structure and getting use to all that shaking out I would think Mt. takes the conference again.

Hopefully MC will get the numbers. If so I think we have a shot. A lot of young players played Varsity by default this year and got some good experience. Coach Brown will get the best out of them. I’m curious to see what happens but I think the program will see a big difference come 2020.

Coach Brown will be a great coach,wish he would have stayed with us(Thomasville) he comes from great coaching blood lines,with a great offensive mind....be good to him

He only has one. Vince is the athletic director for the City of Thomasville.

Yep. Long trip after all the other athletic events a principal attends. He’s used to it.
If you know the Browns, they practically live at the gym during football season anyway. His daddy learned that from Coach Cushwa.
