Richmond's Tyrone Crowder is a Soph. starting guard #55 for Clemson. Jeff Dillman RSHS class of 1995 is the strength coach for Alabama. He recently accepted the strength job at South Carolina. Not part of the Championship game is Scott Sinclair. He was also in the Class of 1995 at Richmond. Scott has just accepted the strength and conditioning job at Georgia.

When I wrote this the only name I could get to come to mind for Coach Hagler was Coach Hag. That is what all of my students called Todd. Of Course Tyrone Crowder is a product of Coach Hog. Coach Hag was a great Coach and was well loved at Richmond. Do you know where he is now.

I'm thinking he is at Kannapolis....Gosh, would love to see him roll back in to Richmond.....nuff said...

Strength and conditioning coach at alabama is Scott Cochran and has been since 2007.

Did you mean he was a coach there?

Kannapolis.
Btango, If you happen to see him please tell him about the two strength coaches he produced. Don't know if they are still in contact with him or not. Also tell him that he is still well respected by his former students and faculty at Richmond.

Hill I think they gave him a little different title but that is essentially what he did. He came over from FLA. when they ran the coaching staff out of town a couple of years ago. His mom has posted a lot of pictures of him on the sidelines before and during the championship game.

Hill here is the information I have:
Dillman joins the Gamecocks after spending one season as an assistant strength & conditioning coach at Alabama.
He was the head strength and conditioning coach at Fla and will be the Head strength coach at SC. I believe I read somewhere that he had worked with the Alabama head coach in the past and this is how he ended up there.

Dillman was an assistant S&C coach for Alabama this past year. S&C is now of extreme importance due to NCAA regulations on staff/player contact.

I think Coach Hag is well aware.

Oh Hag is aware, I remember being in the weight room my 10th grade year and Jeff Dillman walked in, I was like who is this dude, Coach Hag has always kept up with players, anyone will tell you that came through Richmond Coach Hag was the man, he was very energetic and he took his weight training class very serious, He made us bigger, faster, and stronger. I will never forget the shirts he gave us but the one that sticks out the most is "We bust ours, To kick yours"!
