I think Morehead will make the playoff and. This game will tell us more about the young rams
I don't believe either will be case. Expecting another ram cakewalk with NWG being only real test until playoffs.
I think magna vista will test us, RJ Reynolds possibly. As for Morehead I do expect them to win 4 or 5 games
Im sure the players are focused on Morehead and just Morehead right now.
RJ Reynolds has a higher power rating than NW Guilford.I don't believe either will be case. Expecting another ram cakewalk with NWG being only real test until playoffs.
Virtually impossible to score 74 points with the running clock. With a still unproven team - many new faces in the lineup - Reidsville isn't in a position to overlook a Morehead team that has outscored its first two opponents 73-20.
That said, Morehead also won its first two games a year ago (although by not as impressive margins) when they encountered Reidsville. The result was a 74-0 thrashing.
Overall athletically, Morehead will be the best team Reidsville has faced so far.
That's not saying much at all.Overall athletically, Morehead will be the best team Reidsville has faced so far.
JV team may be the best the Rams have fielded in many years and those who should know claim the middle school team has unreal talent and could be the very best ever. How young is this Reidsville team this year? I heard a lot of sophomores and juniors are playing a lot of minutes at key positions.

So, there is lots and lots of young talent that will carry the Rams for many years to come.
Thats what I am hearing. We will see how the season goes.Better than the Ray Ray Butchee middle school team?
I am sure you realize that some of the middle school team coaches have also coached the same players in Rec League for many years. I have learned to listen to them. I remember they also predicted the success of the Ray Ray Butchee group.geez guys...don't think you can extrapolate a middle school teams potential (and I use that word because that's all it is, right now) to future success as a varsity team..........prime example of that would be Dillard (out of Yanceville)....every year their middle school team is above average....their varsity teams invariably suck.............Only time will tell the tale.....Reidsville has had a plethora of great middle school (or for us old old guys, Jr. High) for decades....................
One thing Reidsville has that few others have is coaching continuity. When the staff turns over (middle and high) repeatedly, much is lost. I'd like to know if any other programs in the state have had the same coaching group for a like number of years. Caswell County (Dillard and Bartlett Yancey) has had a revolving door, that's for sure.I am sure you realize that some of the middle school team coaches have also coached the same players in Rec League for many years. Comparing Reidsville Middle School football success at the High School level to Dillard and Bartlett Yancey performance is laughable.![]()
Its a whole lot more than lack of coaching continuity for Barlett Yancey. One thing Reidsville has that few others have is coaching continuity.
