Its been about 30 years since I've been to Ragsdale for a football game. I have to tell ya... I wasn't impressed... and I'm not talking about their football team... There are some bright spots on Ragsdale's squad. That Quarterback has an absolute rocket launcher for an arm! Very mobile. There are a few players away from being respectable again.
But... The layout of that field is a mess. One entrance. One bathroom. In order to get to the men's bathroom, in which there are a total of four stalls for everyone there. PLUS, you have to fight through the concession stand line to get to the bathroom. Poorly planned. The announcer really likes the sound of his own voice, but at least he was super positive, believing in his Tigers long after the game was out of hand.
Oak Grove outdrew Ragsdale's crowd... Almost 2 to 1 if I had to estimate.
Here's hoping that Ragsdale gets back on track in the years to come!!
