The old infamous trap game for Pisgah. I believe the Bears have found themselves.
Don't know much about RSC. I'm sure they'll come in hungry for a win. Bears I believe will be a little to much for the Hilltoppers. Bears get the W. 24-7.

I agree Big Bear. I just don't think we were over-amped for THS this year. I think we played with the proper emotion and fire, and the results showed. I think we will be do just fine against the Hilltoppers.

RS will throw the ball a lot but not many targets. OL and DL are a bit soft. Not much depth at all.
Bears win easy.

Pisgah has skilled players at a lot of positions, and some big linemen. If R-S doesn't play well upfront, it will be a tough night for them

The future should be on the up side for RS. Kids keep working hard and buying in and it will pay off. May not be this year but it will come.

I don't really know much about RS or the teams that they've played so far... So, I have no idea other than what a few others have said. If they are "soft" on the line, OL or DL, then it might be a bad night for them. Pisgah is decently big and very tough up front. They seem to be getting everything together and seem to have a really good grasp on what their identity is right now with it still being early in the season. I feel like one of the best assets for the Bears is how balanced they are on offense. It's by no means a one man show, like many HS teams are. Someone different may make a big play or someone different may score every other time. I would think that my Bears should roll pretty easy in this game... However, we can't get tripped up this week with it being wedged between 2 highly anticipated games. There will be a little let down after last week, it's just inevitable after the Tuscola game. I'm sure the coaches will make sure that the focus stays on what's in front of them though. Pisgah always gets everyone best game. I'm sure RS will be no different. Lookin' forward to it. Go Bears!

Pisgah and Hibriten both very nice to watch a game! Coldest I've ever been was when Hibriten and Bandys played in the semis that year ... I mean deep down bone chilling cold ! Visitors side is horrible at Hibriten but really enjoyed hanging out on that huge homeside! Great fans on both these teams

Speaking of traveling. I'm glad we Pisgah fans aren't traveling to Henderson county this week. I bet I-26 traffic will be murder with all Florida folks headed this way.

Good luck rest of the way guys. Your o line is nice and block very good and opens up holes a truck can drive through  its a pretty cool place to watch a game tho even tho it was hard to watch

Appvol, next week will be tough. We are all aware of that. Hopefully we can stay on the field with Greenville.

Mopar, you'll have to come up and see it full next year during the Pisgah/tuscola game. #8 for you guys has some wheels. Like to see him play with our O-line.

Hell Albino, haven't you heard? Our boys are playing Brady and the Patriots next week.

Really? Well he lost to the Chiefs of all people so I think we are safe. Definitely ready to watch an exorcism (much like the ones of my childhood) take place next Friday night against the Devils!!!!

Albino, keep the faith. Haha. One never knows. In the words of Herm Edwards...that's why they play the game. Chiefs, this year's Super bowl winners. Write it down.

Appvol, I don't buy into the whole classification thing. I believe Shelby could beat any 4a school in the state of NC. Pisgah will have a tough one for sure. But really the whole rest of the schedule is tough for Pisgah. Really no cupcakes left. This year's schedule is one of the toughest they've played in a while.

5th ranked team in Tennessee is like being the number 1 ranked team in Alaska. Bears all day. I'm tired of hearing fans saying, "I hope we can stay on the field," against quality teams. Na, forget that mindset, I'm more in favor of the bully mindset. They will know all about Pisgah High School after the game and will feel the effects of the game on Saturday morning.

They just do it in football for some reason. All other sports just have 3 classes. If you think about it's not much different than NC. Come playoffs you have 8 classes in NC.I think both states have their good teams that could play with anybody.

Greeneville has fewer students than we do.They are still a pretty good team and the Bears will have their hands full.So we will see.

Wish I could see next week game.Greeneville just beat the 5th ranked team in 6a 42-26.Some highlights of tonight's game.

Greenville is ranked #1 in 4A in Tennessee and is 4-0.
2016 they were 11-1.
2015 they were 11-2.
2014 they were 10-2.
2013 they were 12-2.

Greenville is 24-1 at home during that 5 year run, with their last home loss being a 21-14 loss in the first game of the 2014 season to 5A Morristown-Hamblin West.

I think this has the potential to be a heck of a game, just wanted to put a little background on Greenville out there.

Thank ya Jumbob for the info.

Hey Mopar, good luck to R.S.C. the rest of the season.

This is probably the best team we have saw since South Point. It's a big hill to climb for the Bears.Guess we will find out just how good we are.Win or lose it should help us when the conference games start.

Thanks bear hoped we would have had a better showing. we have a lot of work to do and hope we can get our kids healed up we missing a lot of starters and with not much depth that really hurts. Keep digging and getting better:D
