When do the playoff pairings come out, today or next Sunday?

The devastation of Western North Carolina and the schools, much less football games, were allowed to at least breathe a little therefore most fall sports playoffs were delayed a week. There are quite a few games being played this week across several classifications. Most of fall sports reporting times are this coming week with football being next weekend.
Long winded way of saying next Sunday.
