Don't bring Reidsville in the mix. Your school has near 2100 Students, many of them should be going to Western Guilford and Southwest Guilford. I been living near W. Friendly Ave and College Rd, now Big Tree Way since 2003. Work near Honda Jet and Gilbarco since 2003 as well. I seen the demographics of that area change drastically at Western Guilford. It was 82% Yt back in 2004-07. Then all of a sudden it went to 55% Blk. A ton of White Students and their Parents decided to jet to the N.W. School District to get away from the changing demographics. And I know you know the reasons they left. Well those Blk Players at Reidsville don't want to play at Rockingham Co or Morehead for their reasons. You have to look in the mirror before you talk about another school. You just salty thata School with 650 Students ran train tracks running off 3 straight a few years ago against a 2100 pop school.

I’m not salty at all and you should read my post praising Reidsville….your an idiot. Yes you are correct we get transfers too. Idc that Grimsley and Reidsville get kids. Like I have said before if I had a kid who was a good football player he wouldn’t be going to northwest I would be sending him to Grimsley. And if I lived in rockingham county he would be going to Reidsville…yes I am a northwest fan but I understand we are never gonna be better than a third round team in football.

Yep, and Grimsley's transfer portal is still active. At least teams like Mater Dei, St. John Bosco and others in the Trinity league along with Bishop Gorman in Nevada, do it openly. There are those in North Carolina who will still try to convince people that it's not going on with public schools in North Carolina.

Those are all private though, so they don’t even have to pretend really. Another good example would be like Buford HS in GA. Or pretty much every powerhouse in Texas because “public” school recruiting dominates those states

I don’t think Grimsley hides it at all…..I have talked to some people on the inside and they are very open about getting kids….

They’d probably give Buford a good run considering that 2023 Creek team did, and those top SC squads too to be honest. I agree with you everything you’re saying though. I don’t really understand what the loopholes could possibly be for it to basically not be policed at all. I know in Dudley’s case they have a magnet academy at the school, as do a lot of other public schools in 2025.
