Heritage was blessed in the Hendersonville game this spring when Hville's HC had a brain fart and kicked the extra point in OT knowing full well that if Joey scored, he would be going for two. Mistake of a lifetime IMO. Hendersonville would have matched up much better against Reidsville than Heritage and that's a fact.

Easy there rookie, I have no ties to Hendersonville and was simply stating the fact that it's the coach(s) responsibility to set the boys up for success not failure. Yeah they (Bearcats) should have made a big stop and compensated for the bad coaching decision but if a bullfrog had wings it wouldn't smack it's butt on the water as much either. Fact is, the Bearcats would have matched up better than Heritage did against the current 2a state champions.

Watching reidsville I’m not sure anyone in 2a matched up with them. That cougar team overachieved and was a tough bunch.
