These playoff seedings are bizarre. I just reviewed from 1A to 4A and my guess is that many visiting team will walk away with victories. I would love to see the algorithm that they used but I imagine it is one of those black balls that we had as kids that you turn upside down and it says, "Yes", No", or "Maybe".
