Both Cates and Moser are both grads of the red and black of Graham High School, back when Graham was major name takers slash arse kickers in the gridiron venue . Lee County has only given up double digits to their opponents three times this season, their defense allowing only 73 points. Lee County was barely beaten by Fayetteville Sanford, and was upset by county rival Southern Lee this past Friday. They beat the brakes offen Grays Creek, another tough and gritty squad from Fayetteville. The always dangerous Lee County Yeller Jackets are not the kind of squad one wishes to face in the first round. This will be a smash mouth event, with both squads suffering heart breaking season ending losses. I'll say Orange by three.

Tonight's game should be one of the best matchups in the state. Two hall of fame caliber coaches with winning records and state championships facing each other in the playoffs. Orange has to get back into the fight after last week and Lee is playing on the road after a successful season. The temps should fall like Jerry Cooney which will be tough for all. Simmons has Orange by 11 which is too much. Orange should be favored by a possession which is three to seven points. But last week they lost four possessions to S Durham on turnovers which should have pushed ten plus points to Orange.

Orange and S Durham have to watch out. Both teams are supposedly beat up. Orange may be in the toughest pod of any bracket in all of the classifications. Three of the last four teams that they have played are in the playoffs. This is like Ali, Frazier, Foreman and nobody wanted Earnie Shavers back in the 70's.
