Hey Mr. Bear, I'm new to the 2A forum (North Davidson fan here, use to hang out in 4A forum). Related to returning players, I can tell you of the 6-7 players (class of 2018-2019) who are the most recruited at this point:
-TJ Boyce, RB, class 2018. Atleast 2 ACC programs looking at him that I know of, some non Power 5 D-1 schools too. Will have a huge year in 2018 if healthy. Super young man. Will play college ball.
-Tate Leonard, OL, class of 2018. Don't know the exact schools, but know he is drawing interest, possibly ECU and others. Hard working, strong lineman.
-Christopher Dunn, PK, class of 2018. Recruitment from Pac 12, ACC, Big 10, SEC schools. Heaviest from ACC (9 total) schools. Verbal commit to NC State this past summer.
-Zander Williams (LB), believe Duke has taken notice based off what I have been told. Some unofficial visits as well to other schools.
Maddox Johnson (LB), Evan Van Meter (hybrid LB, DE), Blake Stephens (DL) are all 2019s who have started hearing from schools after their soph season. Could see all 4 of them at various levels of college ball.
A lot of talent returning to the team, including some coming up from JV. I am probably leaving a young man off by accident, but that's not intentional and I apologize in advance if I did.
