Hats off to what the NCC has done this year:

- Northeastern basketball makes it to 2A Eastern Regional Final in Fayetteville, falls to eventual state champion Farmville Central
- Edenton baseball makes it to 2A Eastern Regional Final, falls to state runner up South Granville
- First Flight soccer wins the 2A State championship 4-0 over Chase. Only gave up 7 goals all season (First Flight)
-Currituck volleyball makes it to the 2A Eastern Regional Final, falls to eventual state champion Carrboro
-Edenton is playing in the 2A State Championship on Saturday vs Reidsville

Nice to see this little corner of the state make some noise in the postseason. Incredible run by this conference.
