Downed player got punted in the head by Central VA player....can't take losing...

Now he targets a head shot on defenseless player after play,,,EJECTED

The pregame announcer on KTC was giving ole Matty down the road for scheduling his second home school team of the early season. Said "he lost respect of beam because of it" sheesh

Hope that kid is ok

Hope nobody is hurt. Damn homeschoolers are straight up thugs I guess. What's the score msc?

Long game...ended at 10:30...41-32 N-C....no word on the kid yet,,,,,punches thrown, ejection, and targeting defenseless players...high/low shots....

I went to East Lincoln for their Forestview game. Was listening to the pre-game and heard his comments, too. Another commentator said the Virginia team rarely loses and is or has been the Virginia home school state champs. This same commentator who was critical of the Newton-con over schedule said that if the Virginia team came within ten points of NC then he might reconsider his harsh view.
I thought the commentator sounded like someone who doesn't like Coach Beam to begin with.
About the injured Red Devil, I hope it's nothing serious.
Maybe the Virginia team was frustrated because NC gave them one of their seldom loses and decided to vent by being sore, classless losers...congratulations to NC and all the best to their player who went down.

This team from Virginia had won 16 games in a row, dating back to November 2014 and they were the home school NATIONAL, not state, champs in 2015. On MaxPreps, their power ranking is near the top 100 in all classifications in Virginia. Simmons also predicted a 1 point win for Central Virginia. Commentator probably should have done his homework before spewing ignorance.

Dalton Bracco was the kid injured. Praying that he's going to be ok. Even Aside from the dirtiness of how they played, that was a very physical football game. Happy we got out off the non-conference undefeated.

Didn't realize home school kids could have athletic teams....does that happen in NC?? never heard of it..if it does................

I hope they ban the player that kicked him in the head for the season and charge him with assault. Kicking someone in the head is some dirty BS!!

Plenty of home school basketball, golf, etc. teams in N.C. Don't know of football teams though.

The Antoine kid who started the trouble is most likely a homeschool kid for a reason. Think he will get suspended from school? Hahaha. This experiment of playing these teams has been a disaster. Much like playing The Q which doesn't exist this year. Seems there were issues at every Q game at every venue. Enough is enough. Schedule schools that have administrations that handle this stuff.

My understanding is we'd love to schedule local games against Saint and Foard, but neither will play us. Don't understand because we will generally bring as many, if not more, fans than they do to their stadium. It's got to be a "gate killer" to refuse to play N-C.

I' e been to a lot of stadiums and nobody travels better than N-C. 1.5 hours away at East Surry in a down year we had more than the home team, being about a 1000.

I don't know many home schoolers with football, but a lot have soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball. Will usually play as a county team. Like here in Forsyth, we have Forsyth Home Educators, no football though.

I was shocked by the size of the CVD team....Alot of the kid's look like they spent more time in the weight room than on the practice field....pregame warmups for them were mainly antagonizing the N-C players..their coaches did not control them but must have put them in drama classes to learn how to get 30 timeouts a game without using the 3 they have...hope Beam learned from this experience....

In this case like The Q homeschoolers equals kids unable to function in a public school. End this social experiment coaches across the state. Something is going to happen bad to kids.

MSC, it's good to hear from you,my friend. The Wolves have skill on offense. I'm still worried about defense. We have East Lincoln and Newton-Conover to deal with and I never take Maiden, lightly, either, since I've left to many of our games with them, disappointed.

I hope your Devils have a banner year.
