Only real change I made this season is to simplify the points spread; the points for the non GOW games were too excessive in hindsight. By cutting it in half it won’t be plus it won’t eliminate people too early as long as the GOW picks are on the money. I figured I’d make it more fair for everyone.

Rules are still the same. Cutoff time every week will be 6:45 on Friday's unless we have a weather day like with the Hurricane last year. Be on the point or be entertaining with your picks but don’t be mean and start arguments. Just start another thread!

Dang, cannot believe I missed week 1. Just got back from moving my daughter in to college and did not even realize this was opening week. I guess I am too far removed from HS football. With my son a Sr in college and daughter a freshman don't know how many games I will get to. Sorry Slash. Really enjoyed doing my picks every year and really appreciated you facilitating it. I might be more in the hs football loop come playoff time if you will let me participate in the playoff version you do every season. If not I will certainly be following this thread this season. Best of luck to all of you whom I have been competing with in this thread the past few years and hope your teams and most importantly the kids on the field that you support have a great season.

Don't worry about missing week 1 you're not out of it yet. I changed the point spread to help late bloomers hehe. You can start anew this week and knowing your knack you won't be out of it too much.
