Region 2 (Mid-Atlantic Regional) hosted by Randolph County is being played August 7-11 at McCrary Park.

The opening day tomorrow has NC Champion Wilmington playing at 4:30 and Randolph County playing at 7:30.

Looks like the teams from the South flexed their muscles yesterday hanging losses on Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and New York with both NC teams winning by large margins. I like it.

In the SE Regional in Tampa, Florida both Greer and Ft. Mill lost on the first day.

rowan played in ws more than one time , the last time they played in the championship game. they would have more than likely won it if they had played 7 inning that year instead of 9 inning games.
