As polls don’t matter this time of year I did find it intriguing to see the Bears fall to number 2. With Heritage not playing this could very well hold true till seasons end. Hopefully this adds a little extra motivation to this group of young men. Thoughts and prayers to the mountain teams their communities and loved ones. Now to the politics , found it even more intriguing to see this administration give Nc 100 million dollars for the recovery effort and then give Lebanon 137 million. JOKE. Hate that this has happened but we deff got to find away to the ballot box in the 5th. What a travesty to say the least

More than 5,000 personnel from across the federal workforce are deployed, including more than 1,500 from FEMA. To date, FEMA has shipped over 9.3 million meals, more than 11.2 million liters of water, 150 generators and more than 260,000 tarps to the region.
In North Carolina, more than500 FEMA staff are on the ground in North Carolina, with more arriving daily. over 30Disaster Survivor Assistance staff are on the ground in affected areas to help survivors to apply for FEMA assistance and connect them with additional state, local, federal and voluntary agency resources.

Twenty-six shelters are housing over 1,000 occupants. Mobile feeding operations continue to help survivors in heavily impacted areas, including 3 mass feeding sites in Buncombe, McDowell and Watauga counties.

The North Carolina National Guard has delivered 12 aircraft pallets, totaling more than 100,000lbs of food and over 38,000lbs of water to Asheville.

I think most here know that poll isn't accurate. I absolutely hate to see what has happened to the mountain communities. From a football standpoint I was really hoping that Starmount could play Heritage again.

US did give Lebanon 157 million today. Has nothing to do with Trump. Truth is our government as a whole keep giving to ukraine and other countries and illegal aliens. Lets take care of our own. Give billions to ukraine when we have people that are homeless and veterans ans seniors that struggle to make it! Thats facts!
