#7 Watauga is going to really "stretch out" when they host 3A Mount Airy on September 5th. Wonder what help it will give them if they win, and what they will lose if they don"t? Maxpreps has MA ranked #4 3A. My hat goes off to Watauga for scheduling this game as it is my understanding that Mt Airy called 40 (yes forty) schools trying to fill this date before Watagua said yes.
