Two things here:

2. Cullivers speed is elite elite

yeah looks like the west will be difficult again, with some new faces in the mix. Schools like Bunker Hill and Chase wont go away easy.

You'll know alot more about Lincolnton after this week vs.......... Maiden.

Not top tier yet, but Walkertown, Lincolnton, Bunker Hill, and 1 or 2 others can knock off any of the top 7 if ball bounces the right way.

Not gonna be alot of cake walks in the west after round 1, maybe none at all.

1. "Why is East Carteret so high?" - Because they have a winning record and are currently 3-0 in conference. I gave them a Conf Champ seed for this week.

Graham currently has the best conference record in the 2A side of their conference...so they get the CC seed. Cummings is a WC.

Louisburg is 6-2 - 1-1 currently…..if they can just win one against Nash Central or Bunn…I think they could be eligible….if their RPI is high enough.

I apologize. I should have said "will not be eligible". In my projections (not posted), I do not have them qualifying based on my predicted results for them in the last two regular season games.

I only project for the last week since the brackets come out the next day.
