Mask compliance protocol for football

Mask Compliance Protocol:

PLAYERS:
1st offense -- warn the player and have them replace the mask immediately to completely cover the nose and mouth.
2nd offense -- relegate the player to the sideline (this is extremely effective for compliance) and player must sit out at least one (1) play.
3rd offense -- unsporting foul to the player.

COACHES:
1st offense -- warn the coach.
2nd offense -- unsporting foul. This is also charged to the Head Coach as one of two unsporting fouls before ejection.
