MC has faced #1 RB White from Scotland.
Now they face class of 2019 #1 RB Crouch from Harding. People have said Harding was a 1man show. But I've watch them play friday. This bunch is a different breed. They might have 37 players but thats 37 dogs they have. Ready to go to war, this is a mean group of tough guys. They brought the fight to Gaffney. I think the hard hitting from Harding was the difference. You could hear pads clacking the whole game courtesy of Harding. Should be an interesting game.

MRRichBlackman with all due respect, we's calls thems like Coach Bill Cowher, Boomer, Jason la Canford , NATE, Delon Sanders, Phil Simms, andn your special guest THE GREAT HSFB MAN who's knows. WHEN DA WEST SIDE faces DA CREEK and DA SCOTS Your teams will not know HIT THEM. WE BELIEVE, WE CAME, WE SEEN and WE KNOW.

Mallard Creek can name their number in the 2nd half. Harding is a nice early season story, but they don't have near enough size nor depth to bang with MC for 4 qtrs. Few teams do...and none do that only have 37 bodies on the roster.

You lost me at "Harding is a top dog". You're not in the small kennels anymore, and just like everything else that you've spouted this year, you're getting ready to find out yet again just how little you know about Charlotte football.

Mallard Creek 55
Fantasyland "Top Dog" 21

I'll make sure to repost your intellectual thoughts friday night.

Far superior coaching will win this battle. MC will win, not sure on point spread. I think theyll dominate both lines of scrimmage, Harding will need to get Crouch out in space and have him catch a few passes...can he do that? If not it'll be a LONG night for the Rams.

If Harding can keep it within two scores, it'll be a moral victory for them. Harding will go small 4A, and could make a run in the playoffs. Will be a hard out. I see them going 9-2.

Mallard Creek should be the favorites. They've earned that over the last decade. Harding is a great story and I love what their coaches have done. But they face a steep uphill battle... Good luck to both teams :)

M.C has already faced Zamir White. But Harding RB Crouch has a different style. Were he inflicts the punishment. Will Crouch be to much for M.C, like he was for Gaffney.

Answer to the title of thread= Yes. Here is a question for you. Exactly how does Harding plan on stopping MC?

You think so, as long Crouch is healthy. This game will interesting to say the least. The pressure is on the Creek.

All this focus on Crouch. Let me let you in on a little secret Richie. The most important guy on the field for Harding wont be Crouch it will be #1. It doesnt happen very often but the recipe for beating MC has always been a QB who can extend plays, beat MC over the top when the D breaks down and get a couple chain moving 1st downs with his feet.

There have been 8 different teams that have beaten MC since 2010. Let me read you the QB's. James Summers ( ECU), Riley Fergesun ( Memphis),Anthony Ratliff Willliams( UNC), Jackson Gibbs( UCLA), Micah Young, Derion Kendrick( Clemson), Davis Cheek( ELON), Kingsley Ifedi( ECU). What do they have in common?? Everyone but Micah are Division 1 QB's or athletes. All had the ability to buy time with their feet, all had big arms and all had huge downfield vertical games.

Bryce Love, Zamir White, Larenz Bryant, Christian Beal, Elijah Hood also have something in common. Great or Elite level RB's.....they also got L's.

Crouch will get some yards between the 20's and he may even break one but unless Murphy has a unreal night throwing it they wont win.

Richie- Speaking of West Side football. I have watched the Berry and Harding JV's the last two weeks. 98-6. Only score came off a MC fumble on their own 6 yard line. Neither team crossed the 50 and I am pretty sure Harding never had a 1st down. West Meck lost tonight to Scotland and actually lost to the Indy dumpster fire last week.

What is going on with the WESTSIDE?? I thought you said they were back?

Harding JV has always suffered, due to there best 9th-10th graders on varsity. Berry you never know what they'll have. WM JV also better players play up.

Hey the Jackson Gibbs kid paid his way. Ucla didnt give him football money. But other than that your list is legit.
