Mallard Creek is a distinguished national football powerhouse that is looking for it’s next long-term leader of men as our next Head Football Coach. Since it’s establishment in 2007, Creek has only had one head football coach (134-29 overall record) and in that time we have won 10 Conference titles, 3 state championships, and have had hundreds of scholarships awarded to current and former student-athletes. We represent the I-Meck 4AA gauntlet football conference and is located in Charlotte, NC in our own little Creek community. Our Athletic Department has earned the elite distinction of representing Under Armour as an “Undeniable” school. We are looking for a leader that is a great educator, coach, mentor, and ideal fit for our distinguished athletic and school culture at Creek. Please email our Athletic Director, Quante’ Speight at quantet.speight@cms.k12.nc.us if you are ready to be distinguished as a leader in the community, in the building, and of our dedicated scholar-athletes. Join Team Creek.

(134-29 overall record)?
This new hire must set higher expectations then the ones that was set before him if he is to believe that he is "A contender". This Resume better override Coach P's historical record. Set the standard. Raise the bar.

Said coach must accomplish a set goal to lead MC and oversee this program with a pure vision. There are many tasks you are expected to perform as a Head Coach. And among the core duties and responsibilities of this profession as a Head Coach, you must be able to not only develop student athletes, create communication, team building abilities, motivational and organizational skills, and yet create a pure game strategy at minimum.

If you are cray cray I urge you DO NOT submit your resume, Nepsy will see right through you and immediately disqualify you before you even think about stepping in front of the interview panel. As for the interview, be sure you have a tie, hairspray, some Colgate, and cut your nose hairs.

This is like asking someone to apply for Steve Jobs Position. It's like a needle in a haystack.

I would have thought Nepsy would be their first choice to replace Palmieri?
