FYI: They have moved Cary into Area III now for Junior Legion.

Has there been any reason or logic given to why Cary was moved out of Area I ?

I would think that the 2 Cary teams would be moved into the Southeast Division of Area III, correct? Will that Division keep all 7 of the teams who were in that Division last year?

Not official but was told last year they were looking into moving to Area III.

Heard they wanted a more competitive schedule. Eastern Randolph has been playing them for years and they played several "home" games last year at Craven Stadium in Ramseur.

And yes schedules were released March 24th.

Thx for the comment. I have been associated for over 50 years in the NCAL program. no decision yet on Area IV Jr. Legion teams. I'm in the loop on this and will post the info as it comes in!

I started out in 1962 being the scoreboard operator for the Kannapolis American Legion team at the old ball park in Midway. I've been addicted ever since. As I grew older the fire was still in me for this sport! Now covering NCAL as a media rep. It can't get any better! LOVE the game!
