Crest has benefitted lately from playing my Red Raiders early. We experiment with personnel in the non conference portion of our schedule and adjust accordingly. That needs to stop to shut these CC numbnuts up. Can anyone question our dominance against these wannabes in conference? Crest's best 11 will never beat ours, and never will Shelby's!

Should we stop experimenting with 2 platoon and put our best 11 against theirs on the 19th, the cramping will commence and order will be restored.

Screw Crest, Lincolnton and Shelby. 2 platoon versus Clover and the other light weights. One man's reasonable opinion.

Tired of these CC woosies being gifted. We will dominate Crest and their second cousins because good always triumphs and Cleveland County sux!

It is on !!!!

Calpreps also projects the power ponies fall to midgets. Four point favorites if I remember correctly.

Not out of gas at all. Plenty left in the tank. We will see you knuckleheads soon enough. Remember this, unlike every team except Shelby, we aren't beaten before Crest gets off the bus. You boys are going to have to earn it!

My main meandering point was that playing us early has helped you guys. This year will be different!

Your "playing early" logic has one flaw, which is that you assume SP is the only team to improve throughout the season.

Excellent point, however I also assume that our coaching staff is better and thus our improvement is superior.
 
Seabulldog...When did you move to Lawndale? That's the same excuse we heard from Burns for years. There's nothing wrong with two champions playing the first game of the year. OH...That's right...You lost...
 
My good friend, backer! Hope all is well. Congrats on 2 years of limelight. I was somewhat happy for the Cramper Nation. I mean, seriously, the choke streak was even hard for us to watch!

I'm finally getting over the rash that shirt gave me. Alot of aloe and professional defoliations did the trick. I shan't be wearing it this year. A gallon of gas and a match has made it unwearable!

The yearly Seadog love fest with Chargers has officially begun. I'd say you and Crestrulz make a bet that the winner must wear the other team's shirt and pose for a picture.

Hopefully not, but maybe some.

This year's team should be more balanced. In the past the question mark for us was the defense. We have a chance to be special on that side of the ball. Not Crest 2014 special, but very solid. I don't foresee any 58-57 games as in the past.

Our offense is somewhat of a question mark because we are breaking in a new QB and new skill guys. The OL should be one of the best we've had with alot of experience and talent. The QB has been running the "red bone" practically from birth, but is not the "homerun hitter" running the ball like our last 2. The FB and WBs are talented, but also new.

As you know, our coaching staff is as good as there is in the state. They'll put it all together and the beat goes on.

Back to the original question after careful nonbiased thought, NAH-probably not against Crest.

Lol!! I've seen some things he has dressed up in for his grandkids. Surely he would take up this bet.
 
Yes that do suck and cheat too. All their championships are bought and paid for. Their mascot should be cheaters not chargers.

I've never been to a Cramper practice, but it probably goes like this.

Coach Clark circles the team around the 50 throws out 1 ball says "pick up game" and then blows the whistle. Meanwhile, he gathers his staff, sends half to scour Cleveland County and the bordering counties to find new prospects and the other half into the office to work on eligibility issues. 2 hours later, he blows the whistle to end practice, introduces 6 new players and 5 new tutors to the team and says "great practice, stay hydrated"!

Think you can beat Shelby ? That crowd is worst than the crest talkers nowadays. They will say they can beat the Carolina Panthers.

Yeah some seem to think they are unbeatable. ...my personal opinion is from last year at their place in the west 2a final.... WE beat ourselves. ..wasn't a pretty game at all till the end(they win state)...real talk I met one of their coaches at a combine this summer because he recognized my son and he looked me eye to eye and said they had no clue how they were going defend him from looking at film from the previous week ( 8 catches 254 yards 3tds) and we did them a favor by not throwing him the ball in the game but once... even though our stud rb did work as usual we just went away from our complete offense ...so yes I think we can beat them if we manage it correctly unlike last year...

Nobody in their right mind believes Shelby is unbeatable. However, I am going to pour a dose of reality on you. Y'all didn't beat yourselves, Lincolnton gave up over 500 yards offense and 300 of them came from a little 5'7 RB powder keg. Your running back was your only saving grace. He was a transfer wasn't he? As for your receiver not getting the ball, that was actually wise because he was blanketed all night by the leading interception leader in the conference. He had a great week before because the kids he was going against couldn't cover me. I watched the hudl highlights. Good luck to the Wolves.

Lol....and here we go....they always say...Throw a rock into a pack of dogs...the first one who yelps is the one you hit....as for the rb situation...on both sides workhorses....I'm yet to see what blanket was put one the receiving side though.... our qb was young and mentally unfocused...as for the hudl highlights the week before...don't know your athletic ability from Adam...but someone still has to perform on both sides....LETS HOPE WE CAN DO IT AGAIN IN THE END......that's my dose of reality....smh!

Proven point....think last time it happened and it mattered was 2012 when my middle son was playing for Lincolnton....I may be wrong...that's the year we lost to Todd Gurley and Tarboro in the Championship

That was one of the best games of the year. Both backs had huge games!!

Seadogs thread has offically been hi jacked . I was very impressed with you guys at the 7 on 7 vs. Burns over at cvill. Does the addition of surratt help or hurt your kid ? ....you guys have weapons for sure .Best of luck to you guys this year .

From my perspective it helps....simply because he first didn't come in and (take) a current players position...he just fell right in secondly that 7 on 7 was a bit unusual because we had a few banged up so to speak from other activities. ..but his presence on the field definitely has to be a factor for defenses giving the factors we will present. ..my kid has stated "it only helps us and not hurts our offense because you can't double team us both".... (sorry for the hijacking seadog....btw)..thanks and best of luck to you guys as well...

So clearly, this thread is no longer about "keeping it real" wow, it should have been named "how fast can someone change the subject as fast as seadog jumps teams!" You bandwagon douche. I honestly can't stand people who cheer for Alabama in football and Carolina in basketball...
 
Okay Laettner, let's talk about keeping it real and jumping. I'd jump your sister if she would ever leave the Crest locker room.
 
For real, what does Crest have this year besides Foster? Wasn't the oline decimated with graduation and Tre is long gone? I think the Crampers have serious question marks. Not a good scenario riding into Lineberger.
