How bad does Northside beat up on the Cards? Since two weeks ago all the Onslow County football gurus said they were real deal and the average Jacksonville team would get blown out by 30. I say they beat Jacksonville by 21 that will put them back in the conversation as great because they beat a 3a school....or if the Cards win by 40 and I did say if.. then hey they are supposed to because they are 3a.

Come on man...Northside got them. Jacksonville is not very good average team at best. They are lucky to win 5 maybe 6 games this year. Remember Northside threw 3 touchdown passes against the defending 4a champs New Bern Bears in a controled scrimmage so that makes them No S@$! Legit and the real deal. White Oak just got lucky that whole game. Monarchs by however much they want.Kinda thinkin the Birds will take this one
I look at it in a different light but still come up with the same result. White Oak is most likely the best 3A team in the state! They have to be since they are coached by several former SWO Stallions and they beat "4A power Ashley" by almost a whole touchdown two weeks ago. NS-J just played them close so obviously the Monarchs should have an easy time with an average team like J'ville! What was I thinking in picking the Cards????? Duh!
Hey football, don't get your "feathers" ruffled lol. I am a South Columbus fan, I do think the Birds are gonna take this one from what I have read on here. But that's why they play the game. Sounds like the Cards Coach is the real deal, South Columbus beat Jacksonville a couple times in the Wilmington Jamboree pretty easily. Just don't see that happening now even if South is back at full throttle. Best of luck to your guys, sounds like it should be a great game.

After the Cards beat a down SWO team ...I said the Cards were average and got blasted for not giving them credit...Cards have a bright future/young talent ...but like I said maybe a playoff win at best in 3A this year(after the SWO opener people thought this was the team to make a run)...the 2013 team was better(returned almost everyone)... alot .more talent in 2013 and just did not put things together that year....nice athletes at Jville,but the d and o fronts are going to be a question this year...2016 should be a better year....
