As I read the that beautiful story of this financial adviser and as funny as it may sound, I see his good future with a program that will be committed to the teams purpose in life and each others new personality. With his job background, he will be a great leader that will inspire to build commitment and trust within his program. He may not seem like the right person, the perfect coach or even the leader for this team, but he may become just that by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.

Good luck to the Wells Fargo financial adviser and the RJR program as they push on to a contrasting year but yet one that will have monumental support.
