Neat to see teams that’s side by side from each county to make it to State Finals. 1 Lake Norman girls 4A, 2 West Rowan girls 3A and Salisbury girls 2A, and 1 Central Cabarrus boys 3A.

Well this wraps up of the basketball season. I honestly think this has been one of the most amazing seasons of keeping up with HS basketball.
Starting with Lake Norman. A big shout to that squad. 1 senior, no juniors, and the rest sophomores and freshmens. Who would have thought a team like that could go as far as they did. I foresee this team doing amazing things for next several years.
West Rowan girls going undefeated and winning the 3A State Championship game.
Salisbury girls winning 2 straight 2A girls State Championship games in a row. This also represents 2 Rowan Co. teams to win State titles this year.
Central Cabarrus boys going undefeated and winning the 3A State Championship game.
This year will go down as one of the most memorable season ever in my book. Until next season. It’s been fun.
