Just wondering? If a player swings at an opposing player, but doesn't make contact. What is the penalty? I think I know the answer, just wanting to hear it from someone that is more polished on the rules than I am. Just confused because this happened right in front of an umpire Fri. night an no whistle was blown.

It is the same as making contact. Fighting. 2 game ejection.

Thanks. I figured it was an immediate ejection. Not surprised it wasn't called
