Do you guys believe it would be in the best interest to add a 5th or 6th division to get better teams in the playoffs...Only the top 16 teams in each bracket....that way 4a or 4aa don't have bye weeks and a 1-10 team faces a 11-0 team with no money coming from the gate...Rather see a 11-0 #1 seed take on a 7-4 #16 seed...All championship games at 1 stadium...what are your thoughts...

Get rid of 8 state champs. Have a 1A-4A and all games at one site. 4 champs. Watered down as it is...
I agree with the Bum. A 4 game championship 1A-4A is all we need. But I am willing to compromise for 6 games instead of 8.
I refer to them now as 1A-8A. Like tonight's 7A game with Scotland Co. Makes me feel a little better about it...
Just for shits and giggles so don't start beating me over the head but my fantasy playoff system where time,money and travel would not be an issue would be simple...take the top 32 teams from each class,according to Simmons rating system seed from 1-32 with no East or west,and just play em off,weather it's 2 east teams playing each other for the championship or 2 west teams playing for it,neither playoff bracket would be stronger than the other side,your sure to always get the best 2 teams

Closer to 3,500. Both, along with South Meck, way over 3k. New school being planned to alleviate this.
Not a fan of all the games at one site. NC State’s field looked ok after the second game tonight, but UNC’s was DESTROYED after Friday night’s game. That many games on one field in a weekend is not a good idea (unless its turf of course). Not to mention that some team is going to have a play a 5pm Friday or 9am Saturday game to squeeze them all in.
I’d love to sit in one place and watch them all, but not at the expense of the quality of the experience for the teams involved.

I'll always prefer things the old way(until the stupid split) its way to easy to repeat as champions ,I mean look at the number of repeat champions since the split,and you get some of the same old matchups every year,play 1 game on a Friday night and the other 3 Saturday,no mater the conditions,its football man,it's not supposed to be 75 and sunny every time a game is played
Now that would be one hell of a playoff bracket .I had one thought that I would like to see happen just say we have the same playoff system we have now ,but one thing I think would be interesting if a team in 1a 1aa thru 4a wins 2 state championships in a row then they would have to play up one classification and the 16th seed would get to play down one classification the only classification it would not effect is 4aa only do this for playoffs.
