Franklin needing 2 2017-18 games

A lot of teams in the new 2a conference with Franklin are going to have a hard time finding six non conference games .

Six non conference games is unrealistic. The state was obviously determined to not have a split conference, and they stated that they want to reduce travel time and expenses. How do you reduce travel expenses when you have to search all over WNC and beyond to schedule 5-6 non conference games? It would have been nice of they would have moved one team from the MAC and had 8 teams in that conference and 7 in the WNCAC.

I understand Pisgah is already looking at teams in Tennessee.I agree they should of left Tuscola and the Hendersonville teams in our conference.
