I think they have three Littlejohns on this team. They just keep coming. I have not seen Lincolnton play but I have talked to numerous fans and they have plenty to look forward to this year. Easter is a threat to score wherever he plays. Could go wide, QB, or backfield in situations. Cordell Littlejohn will take the snaps.

Dameron and McClain are bruising backs and play LB positions. They should be solid against the run.

GDG, that's a pretty good summation of the Wolves backfield. I still wonder how you have so much correct info on so many teams.

About the Littlejohns, J.Littlejohn is sidelined with a broken leg and is still on crutches. He got hurt during practice just before the season started. I believe he is a freshman. I'm hoping he makes it back this year.

We have several people playing both ways and it takes a while to become conditioned for it. That worries me when playing bigger schools like East Gaston.

EGfan, I hope you get to come up and take in the game. I was over at the stadium, yesterday and the staff has the field looking good. A little bit of a warning. We have a special season over there. I call it gnat season. It's usually in late September or the first week in October but it seems to have come early, this year.

The weather this week won't help (hot and humid). We have guys playing both ways too, so it's probably a wash. We will probably only dress 33 or 34 players. We are bigger than last year, with a pretty stout offense. Defense and special teams are my biggest concern right now. I'm just hopping we (and Lincolnton) come out of the game without injuries.

This is a game that I would like to see. The Littlejohns, Easters and McClains are house hold names in Lincoln County FB. They seem to keep those athletes funneling in year after year.

I don't know his status to play....as far as I know he is still a student at East Gaston.
