East coaching has and hiring of coaching has been questionable for a while. Had a good coach in Hines few years ago and he was forced out by the AD to hire back Hanner who left and lasted 4 days I his new position. Hines was doing well and making changes but was not the “good old boy” that East liked. Then they passed over a staff member that probably deserved the position due to the time he had dedicated. Coaching was biggest reason we left East for better opportunities for my youngest son who definitely left his mark as 2019 POY.
