If the parents and kids will buy in, he'll turn the program around. It will be a complete culture change. Some kids will buy in and some will push back. At Rockingham and Foard, the school caved to the push back.
I honestly think if he would have stayed at Rockingham, he would have made them into a very good team.
He expects a ton out of his kids. He has deep Faith. He'll push kids outside their comfort zone.
