DC 4 JAMBOREE

By the fence said WRH,ED and JK will rotate with South Columbus,Laney and South Lenoir. North Duplin and Dixon will only scrimmage each other. Goal line challenge between Duplin teams at the end

Didn’t think JK could manage? What do you mean by that? Our facilities aren’t nice enough?

No not at all, just small and compact. Great atmosphere on game days. But y’all have had huge crowds back in day vs WRH, didn’t think About that. So probably can handle just fine.

Please don’t think I was saying anything negative about JK. I love calling games at that place. Fans are right on the field. Jk is probably the most accommodating to us when we travel to cover Clinton as any other school.

I understand what you mean and I was going to make the point you said. We have had far more for a WRH game there than we will have tomorrow night. The facilities aren’t the nicest in the conference though but they are good enough for us.

I guess I was just assuming if all of those teams fan bases showed up it would be a very large event. I remember when Clinton had Sampson/bladen county all held at Clinton. Was always a big turnout. A lot of mingle room at Clinton for people to just walk around though because it isn’t so tight to field which can be a blessing and a curse. Good luck to all the teams, prayers for no injuries.

I imagine there will be close to 1,000 people. Clinton is a palace, always been a fan of that stadium. I wonder if JK is making all of the Duplin County schools sit on one side.

Wallace continues to impress. Shutout both Laney and South Columbus tonight before the lightning put a stop to the evening.

Well DC4 scrimmage was cut short by a storm ,but WRH got in 1 and 1/2 scrimmage. in. Dogs played South Columbus first and scored 4 times to zero. Then played Laney for a half scrimmage time and scored 3 to zero. Needs to improve but wow I am impressed. Bulldogs are big, strong and fast. Got depth also. From what I've seen,WRH should be the favorite from the east.

How are you going to "make" anyone sit anywhere?

I attended and thought for the first year it was a good showing. Good to see the money stay in the county to help all four schools. Hard to really assess in scrimmages, but I thought the Dogs really looked good.
