David and Goliath...not the same ending.

One of our freshman or sophomore lineman pancaked one of their lineman and the kids helmet come off during the block..our guy preceeded to block him down to the ground pretty aggressively.. Didn't warrant a DQ in my opinion.. Maybe some extracurricular activity at the bottom of the pile but I have no idea.

the Qb for NB is a ball player. He is not big but fast and a great runner in space

Whats the difference between an ejection and disqualification? Seems as if they both have to leave the game

Both instances are reported by the head official. The NCHSAA reviews and determines the fate of player/players involved. Most ejections carry a 2 game minimum and DQ’s are usually the people involved miss only the rest of the game disqualified in.

An ejection for anything but fighting is the remainder of that game and 1 other. Fighting is remainder of game plus 2. DQ is remainder of game. DQ is usually 2 USP’s. This applies to football, other sports are 2 games since they usually play 2 games in a week.

Just found out the kid is getting to play Friday..It was just for a few minutes of the Christ School game he had to sit..It was another one of those phantom unnecessary roughness penalties
